Refund policy

We accept returns within 3–7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / mobile wallet (not cash).

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours with proof (photos/video).
